The Latin America region has a vision to transform lives in dynamic communities. You'll serve in your area of focus while being part of localised summer ministry experiences. You'll also be poured into by a team of missionaries as you learn more about your gifts and passions. Our hope for the internship experience is that you will grow in your relationship with God, expand your skill set, be more prepared to disciple people from other cultures, and perhaps discern a long-term call to missions and ministry.

Working with the MEFI (homeless ministry) team, you will help disciple and mentor homeless, young people who come to the drop-in centre. This can include meal preparation, serving, and cleanup as well as leading Bible studies, worship sessions, or doing other ministry tasks assigned.

During your time with Embark you will serve with One Mission Society, build relationships with youth and young adults, receive mentorship from experienced missionaries, work alongside a team of other like-minded OMS interns, expand and hone your skill set, and grow in your ministry approach to evangelism, discipleship, and communicating your testimony.
