This Embark opportunity is in Seoul, South Korea. You will be working with OMS missionaries to help teach English as a foreign language (EFL) to missionaries from South Korea as they prepare to serve overseas cross-culturally. You will learn about Korean culture, observe and experience various ministries in Korea, and share life with Korean missionary candidate families while living at their Missionary Training Center.
During your time with Embark, you will serve with One Mission Society, build relationships with Korean families, receive mentorship from experienced missionaries, work alongside a team of other like-minded OMS interns, expand and hone your skill set, and grow in your ministry approach to evangelism, discipleship, and communicating your testimony.
Responsibilities
Help teach English as a foreign language (EFL) to South Korean missionaries preparing to serve globally.
Share life with Korean missionary candidate families while living at their Missionary Training Centre.

Criteria
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
GCSE qualifications
Some Higher Education preferred
Some TEFL/TESOL training preferred
Experience teaching and/or tutoring English preferred (TESOL)
Adaptability
Good relational skills
Desire to see Gospel transformation
Important Information
You will be serving from mid-July to mid-September
Cost will be £2,300 approx. (including travel expenses).
This is a volunteer internship that requires raising financial support through ministry partners.
