Donald Coulter began serving as the executive director of One Mission Society in the United Kingdom in January 2012. He served as the OMS regional director in Northern Ireland. Prior to joining OMS, Donald worked in the agricultural input industry, the largest industry in Northern Ireland, for 30 years. He held positions as sales representative, sales manager and ultimately sales director before being called to leave the secular workplace and go into full-time Christian ministry. Donald served as a deacon and was involved with youth work and youth leadership in two churches. He has also been involved in lay teaching and preaching. In addition, he has traveled on ministry trips to Romania, India, Spain, Haiti and the Republic of Ireland. Married to Lorraine since 1982, the Coulters have three adult children: Karen, married to Mark; Janye, married to Gareth; and Ross. Their three grandchildren, Harry, Noah and Georgia, bring much joy into their lives.
